Too busy. Dad’s birthday, friends coming over, constantly running around. Now. Time to get all of this out of the way so I can mope. And be in pain… stupid arm. ANYWAYS. Soo much I had to do this weekend so far. Projects to do. Family having birthdays.
BUT ALAS. I still have a committment.
Gawd. I think I have a moving tumor guys. A pain started early this morning in my left leg. As the day progressed, it left my leg and went up to me left arm. I had been out of the house this whole time. I finally get home and the pain is in my right arm. But everything else is fine. My right arm is just dead. D: Not cool at all. D:

Lance Voltaire. He’s an odd kid. Always has been. I don’t know what’s wrong with that kid. They say he came from a war-torn country. “But hey. I don’t judge.” The man speaking stood behing a bar counter. He was speaking to a group of raggedy old drunks. “Yeahyeah. No-one’s talked to him. Frankly. I don’t want to.” Just then, the ‘kid’ they spoke of entered the bar. “That’s a nice way to talk about a new guest.” He spoke with a grin. His fluffy greyed hair was windblown and his blackened eyes scanned the bar. “Just the usual drunks then?” Voltaire was obviously cocky. He made his way over to the bar in an almost glide. On his way over, he had made passes at the various waitresses and some young women in the bar. Each of them gave him a glare of pure hate, but he still wore a smirk on his face when he reached the bar. “Your strongest.” The bartender rose his eyebrows in surprise. “Aren’t you just a kid?” “If being twenty is a kid, then what are you… a senior?” The drunks all laughed in unison. The bartender nodded slowly, sarcastically laughing. “Rightright. So the strongest I have hm?” He held up a hand and disappeared under the counter. Lance tried to peer over the counter and right when he did, the bartended popped up with a keg in hand. The keg had warnings all over it. “My strongest…” He nodded with a devious smile upon his face. Lance stared long and hard at the keg. It was icy and the room’s temperature had it smoking. He examined it well. With a shrug, Lance pulled the keg over, ripped off the entire top part of the keg with his hands and chugged the drink down. The neon green liquid spilt onto the floor and onto his clothes. Some people within the bar had turned to see what the commotion was about and by the time he had downed the entire keg, everyone had turned their way. A hush had grown over the people and whispers broke out when Lance slammed the keg back onto the counter. “5 guys died… when they took a sip…” “I guess… he truly is what the stories say…” “Poes…” “Is it really… him…?” Lance gave a nod to the various people speaking. “Yeahyeah. I am the kid you all think is fake. I am Lance Voltaire. I am the Poe Killer. I guess I’m glad that you all believe me now.” He gave a bow and turned back to the bartender who was stuck in a state of shock. “Another keg good sir.” The smirk had never left Lance’s face. “I’m thirsty.”
That was terribly written. And I mean terribly. I guess that is what you get from me at 2 in the morning. BDawbdiawhdoiaw. I will finish this tomorrow, while I eat my cereal. I definitely need to get punished for all of this.
PERSONA 3 IMPRESSIONS
Persona 3 is a JRPG that plays pretty well. It follows a group of teens with a special ability to awaken a spirit inside of them called Persona. They are a force that fight for the person. They are activated by using a special item called the Evoker that is shaped like a gun. You basically shoot yourself in the head and the Persona will come out and attack. It’s a pretty cool concept. The game starts out with a pretty well animated anime-like scene (don’t know if there is a term for such a scene) and it shows a kid on train headed to some new place and blahblah and people in coffins blahblah. Creepy weird new place blahblah. Chick with gun… but then it’s all safe. Confusing story and I dun want to explain… xD Just know that it’s pretty good. There are many aspects to the game that are very cool. Half of the game is story based gameplay and the other half is fun messing around. By fun messing around I mean, the ability to date, hang out with friends and mess around at the city’s mall. You can do this during the day time of the game and if you choose any of these activities and then after you are done with any of these things, you return to the dorm where you live with the other teens that have the Persona and have the choice to sleep, study, play an MMO (not really play it but it increases some stat) and go to Tartarus. Tartarus is this hub for the baddies. It is only around during the Dark Hour, which is an hour after midnight in which all people without Persona are thrown into coffins and Shadows roam the streets and shiz. Shadows are the baddies. Tartartus is a large tower that replaces the school during the Dark Hour and you must journey into it, exploring each floor. This is where the game takes on the feel of a dungeon crawler. Each floor has different attributes. Dead-ends, treasures, Shadows, portals that you can use to head back to the bottom floor and stairs that lead to the next floor are around on each floor. You can fully explore each floor and destroy each enemy. (This game has the feature where the enemies are visible and if you bump into them a fight will commence. So you can avoid them and blah.) Or you can just zoom through a floor, collecting treasure, avoiding enemies and head to the next floor. I like the feel of this whole dung- er… Tower craw- er… Climbing, it is well done. The battles are fast paced and fun to play through. The battle system is cliche and unique at the same time. You can fight when ready but if you miss the enemy or are taken off guard, you lose a turn of attacking. It’s fun and easy to get into.
Persona 3 is a really fun game and is one of the better RPG’s I have played in a while. I would pick it up if I were you, expect a full review soon. : D
Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian Initial Review
Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian was a much darker predecessor to the first movie. Much more fights and angsty teen preformances are all around in this movie. Almost following the lead that Harry Potter started, Narnia follows the four kids as they muck around in their times, missing Narnia. A horn is blown and the Narnian Quartet are sucked back into the world. They have to save Narnia once more! Without spoiling too much, I will explain a bit. Prince Caspian is the should-be King but once a son is born in the family, they no longer need Caspian and the royalties look to kill him. Caspian escapes, blows the horn when he is followed but is saved by some furry animals. Our heroes are thrown onto some beach and are filled in on how Narnia has degraded. They join forces with Caspian to try and stop the humans in Narnia from destroying what Narnia was supposed to be. It was a good entertaining movie and I felt it was just as good as the first. This one obviously took a turn for the average movie goer though with the violent fights and teen romance. Heh. I would recommend it though.
Jonathan Coulton Thing a Week One Review
JoCo’s Thing a Week project was simple. Write a song for each week, for a year. Some would believe that it would start out strong and fizzle out as it strung on but he only seemed to get better as the Weeks went on. Thing a Week One features a wide range. A perfect cover, a few mixes of soundclips, full original songs and songs done by a computer! Comedy is definitely around here. A song features multiple soundclips from President Bush and is mixed so it seems like Bush is insulting himself. He should be. But yeah, good song, as are most of the other songs in this album. Baby Got Back is covered here and is slowed down to a snail’s pace. It is turned from the fast hip hop song that it is to a slow acoustic ballad. I love the way he changed it. Really well done. All in all, Thing a Week One is a great introduction to the Thing a Week Project.
